About

Hello,

Welcome to my Blog.

My name is Ikpefua Joy C. Alias Ciana Joy. The second and last daughter and the 3rd out of four. I’m a young Christian lady enthusiastic about God and life. I’m a lady with a strong will for equal opportunities between the male and the female.  Amidst the hobbies I have, Writing has always been my passion. I don’t have a particular niche on which I write on, but most of my writings are always to inspire people. I write anything that is worth my time and effort, anything that comes to my mind that is worth sharing and anything that talks about equal opportunities for all. I love singing too even though I don’t belong to the worship team in my church. I just love to worship God through my songs, and sometimes I sing for relaxation.

I love writing because; it has always been my wonderful means of reaching the world and expressing my innermost thoughts. I want to impact my world, I want my voice to be heard loud and ringing, I want to encourage someone out there, I want to fight for equal rights for all, and I’ve discovered that the best and most effective way to achieve this, is to put my pen into use. The pen may be small, but it’s more effective than a sword. This is because that a pen can easily win a battle that might never be won by a sword.

Ciana Joy inspires is the perfect podium to unleash my thoughts, my wish, and my pains. It is a platform where you can freely voice out your views, opinions and concerns about whatever is bordering your mind.  This Blog was initially created to pour down my thoughts and hoping that through these thoughts, my readers will be more Inspired and motivated. But along the line, I later discover that my passion for blogging was more than just pouring out my thoughts to influence my readers, so I decided spicing it up with some other contents that might be of interest to my readers. So you can always come here for latest news, gists, and live scores (from other websites though).

Thanks for stopping by.

#Ciana Joy Inspires!

2016 Review: Voke Ogedegbe: 2016, My Blessings And Lessons So Far

2016 would forever become a memory in a matter of hours.  Before it rolls away, I want to talk about my year 2016. I entered 2016 oblivious of the fact it was a new year,  this,  was,  consequence of a terrible breakup I had in the October of the previous year.  The tears and pain that came with my broken relationship saw me through the first two months of the year and one morning in the month of March,  I woke up,  looked into the mirror,  told myself I was beautiful and I deserved more! I really think, the old witch in my village had dropped my picture to use another she fancied more than mine to fan her bosom and that's the only reasonable explanation as to how I received sense that morning. For the first few months of 2016, I laughed,  sometimes,  too hard. This was an attempt to mask my pain,  I put up a nice show - I should be an actress, I even deserve an Oscar. I didn't want the world to know my pain, I didn't want them ...

A STORY...(TOUCHING): NEVER HOLD ON TO OFFENCES

Just two years after our marriage, my husband brought up the idea of asking his Mother to move from the rural hometown and spend her remaining years with us. His father passed away while he was still very young. His mum endured much hardship and struggled all on her own to provide for him, see him through to the university. You could say that she suffered a great deal and did everything you could expect or imagine of a woman to bring hubby to where he is today. I immediately agreed and started preparing the spare room, which has a balcony facing the South to let her enjoy the sunshine and plant greenery. Hubby stood in the bright room, and suddenly, he lifted me up and started spinning round and round. As I begged him to put me down, he said: “Lets go fetch mother”. Hubby is tall and big sized and I love to rest my head on his chest and enjoy the feeling that he could pick me up at any moment, put me as smallish as I am into his pocket. Whenever we have an argument and one of us ref...

Inspirational: One Day

One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school. His name was Kyle.   It looked like he was carrying all of his books. I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd.' I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on. As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt. His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him. He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes. My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.   As I handed him his glasses, I said, 'Those guys are jerks.’ They really should get lives. 'He looked at me and said, 'Hey th...
