SMILING/HAPPINESS CHALLENGE DAY 21 (THURSDAY)

Hello good morning how was yesterday’s challenge? Were you able to list up to ten? I really hope so.

Today, we are going to do something that requires very little effort but actually is very important. We are going to SMILE! Yes, we are going to smile a lot. Smile at people, smile with people, smile for people. We are going to master the act of Smiling and we’d be amazed at how long this would go.

To make this is a fair game, I’ ll smile at you, hoping that you smile back at me...

Just two years after our marriage, my husband brought up the idea of asking his Mother to move from the rural hometown and spend her remaining years with us. His father passed away while he was still very young. His mum endured much hardship and struggled all on her own to provide for him, see him through to the university. You could say that she suffered a great deal and did everything you could expect or imagine of a woman to bring hubby to where he is today. One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school. His name was Kyle. It looked like he was carrying all of his books. I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd.' I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on. As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt. His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him.
