THE SELF WORTH OF A WOMAN

Yes! I’m back again because I really couldn’t wait to share this A.S.A.P. A friend of mine, shared this now with me on Whatsapp asking me to share with others. So here I am doing what I was asked to do after reading..(smiles) and I hope you do the same.

In a brief conversation, a man asked a woman he was hoping to go out with this question: 'What kind of man are you looking for?' She sat quietly for a moment before looking him in the eye & asking, 'Do you really want to know?' Reluctantly, he said, 'Yes. She began to expound, 'As a woman in this day & age, I am in a position to ask a man what can you do for me that I can't do for myself? I pay my own bills. I take care of my household without the help of any man... or woman for that matter. I am in the position to ask, 'What can you bring to the table?'

The man looked at her. Clearly he thought that she was referring to money. She quickly corrected his thought & stated, 'I am not referring to money. I need something more. I need a Godly man who is a leader and striving for excellence in every aspect of life. He sat back in his chair, folded his arms, & asked her to explain. She said, 'I need someone who is striving for excellence mentally because I need conversation & mental stimulation. I don't need a simple-minded man. I need someone who is striving for excellence spiritually because I don't need to be unequally yoked...believers mixed with unbelievers is a recipe for disaster.

I need a man who is striving for excellence financially because I don't need a financial burden. I need someone who is sensitive enough to understand what I go through as a woman, but strong enough to keep me grounded. I need someone who has integrity in dealing with relationships. Lies and game-playing are not my idea of a strong man. I need a man who is family-oriented. One who can be the leader, priest and provider to the lives entrusted to him by God.
I need someone whom I can respect. In order to be submissive, I must respect him. I cannot be submissive to a man who isn't submitting to God or taking care of his business. I have no problem being submissive...he just has to be worthy in Christ. And by the way, I am not looking for him...He will find me. He will recognize himself in me. Hey may not be able to explain the connection, but he will always be drawn to me. God made woman to be a help-mate for man. I can't help a man if he can't help himself. When she finished her spill, she looked at him. He sat there with a puzzled look on his face. He said, 'You are asking a lot. She replied, "I'm worth a lot".

Please kindly reblog this or share to every woman who's worth a lot.... and every man who has the brains to understand!!

Inspirational: One Day

One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school. His name was Kyle.   It looked like he was carrying all of his books. I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd.' I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on. As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt. His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him. He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes. My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.   As I handed him his glasses, I said, 'Those guys are jerks.’ They really should get lives. 'He looked at me and said, 'Hey th...

A MUST READ: 13 AMAZING LOVE LESSONS

It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return but what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to tell the person how you feel. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right ones so that     when we finally meet the right person we will know how to be grateful for that gift. Love is when you take away the feelings; passion and romance of a relationship and find out you still care for that person. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you and only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be but you just have to let go. When the door of happiness closes another one opens but often time we look so long at the closed door that we don’t see the one which has been open for us. The best kind of friends is the kind you can just be with; never say a word and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you’ve ever had. It is true that we don’t know what ...
